What It's Like....
Before we begin...Mr.Rogers understand what a difference a job environment can make on the employees, task, clients and the day-to-day, among other things. We understand that no Military style of atmoshere is needed. We are not here to tell you to put your phones away or to have a 12 min lunchbreak. It's just driving...
Qualifications
-
Must be 21 years of age older
-
No more than 6 points on your driving record
-
Must pass criminal background check investigation
-
Have smart phone,utilize tablets or electronic devices as required
-
CPR/First AID Certificate
-
Complete required training
(Process to do requirements takes about 1 week)
Responsibilities
-
Provide safe and reliable transportation
-
Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills
-
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholder
-
Must assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicle
-
Ensure the on-time pick-up and drop off of the customer
-
Demonstrates understanding and sensitivity to the needs of the older adults and individuals with disabilities
-
Complete thorough vehicle pre-trip and post-trip (keeping vehicle clean and sanitized, reporting any maintenace issues, gassing up vehicle and checking oil levels)
-
Complete paperwork as required
